Hume – 73 Chestnut Hill Rd RDA – construct a gymnasium (Blair) this part of the RDA was continued from the May 2014 meeting; applicant must provide further calculations on the water management |

Dolber – 142 Main Rd., Enforcement Order (sent 8/12/09) owner has ignored the enforcement order, Commission is contacting town counsel and DEP about pursuing legal action |

Smith – Send enforcement order after reviewing pictures taken from the lake (Chris has the file) |

Miller – 24 Carrington Battelle Rd – do follow up on planting plan submitted in April of 2010 |
